This Negroni riff is by my friend Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). You still get that quinnesential bitterness of a Negroni thanks to the Campari, but you also get some banana sweetness that is balanced with the sour lemon. You’ll want a high quality banana liqueur here.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlgin
- 1 oz · 30 mlbanana liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- ½ oz · 15 mlsweet vermouth
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lemon juice
- 1 fresh egg white or other foamer (e.g., aquafaba)
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Shake without ice (“dry shake”).
- 3
Add ice.
- 4
Shake until chilled.
- 5
Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 6
No garnish.
