About
This 1920s cocktail is a slight variation on the Sidecar, where cognac is split with rum. These specs are from Death & Co’s Cocktail Codex book. They use an aged Jamaican rum for a little funk, and curaçao instead of Cointreau, which is balanced with demerara (the gum gives it body).Cheers y’all!
