About
This cocktail was created by Claudine Raciti (@claudine_drinks). It takes the Espresso Martini in a darker, more herbal direction without losing the coffee at the center. The amaro adds notes of orange and warming spice, along with a little bitterness to balance the sweetness. I added an Andes Mint because coffee, chocolate, and mint are always a good combination.Cheers y’all!
