About
When the crisp cool weather hits, I want something stirred and boozy. Here I follow the typical Old Fashioned template of a spirit, sugar, and bitters. I went with a split base of aged rum and Cognac because I love the caramel, spice, and warmth they bring. Cinnamon was a natural choice (thanks @liberandco for their new syrup!). The aromatic bitters I used here are from Fee Brothers, which have a Christmas-spice vibe to them. Cheers y'all!
