This is a Peruvian classic, built on the bright, floral notes of pisco and the crisp bite of grapefruit or Pomelo. Originally crafted in 1950s Lima, it was a favorite among bohemian artists and intellectuals. These are Peruvian bartender Tatiana Flores updated specs, adding lime juice for extra brightness.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlpisco
- 1½ oz · 45 mlfresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlcinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlfresh lime juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with grapefruit twist.
