Move over espresso martini, the coffee grog is here. This cocktail comes from Three Dots and a Dash in Chicago. They recently shared his recipe on Instagram and I had to reshake it. I love the orange and coconut combo!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlaged Jamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 ml151-proof demerara rum
- ½ oz · 15 mldry curaçao
- 3 oz · 90 mlcold brew coffee
- 1 oz · 30 mlcoconut cream
- ½ oz · 15 mlcinnamon syrup
- 1 dashabsinthe
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with three coffee beans.
