Created by Martin Hudak, this is one of my favorite takes on an espresso martini. Vodka is bland, so adding pineapple rum brings depth here. Rum and coffee are a match made in heaven. The pineapple and orgeat are common ingredients in tiki culture. Don't have espresso? Use substitute cold brew concentrate.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlpineapple rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlcoffee liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlespresso
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlorgeat
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with three espresso beans (optional).
