About
This original cocktail was created by Emre Sisman (@emresisman._), who sent me the recipe directly. The name may be a nod to slipping away without saying goodbye, but it also fits a drink that starts in Martini territory before heading in a more citrusy, herbal direction. The absinthe adds a light anise note, while the olive and onion bring a savory finish.Cheers y’all!
