This cocktail was created by Seattle bartender Andrew Bohrer. He was working one night when a patron asked for a him to make her a drink. Bohrer created this light, citrusy, and floral drink and named it after her. In fact, she insisted the drink be named after her. Thanks, Heather!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlcachaça
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mldry vermouth
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlelderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Shake with ice until chilled.
- 3
Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with lime twist.
