This one comes via Jordan Hughes (@highproofpreacher) and his book, “Twist.” Honestly, if you’re on the search for a gift or want to treat yourself, please get his book. The recipes are amazing, the photos are phenomenal, and he is a genuine guy. Now the drink: pineapple + coffee is a dream duo, just trust me.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple rum
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlcoffee liqueur
- ½ oz · 15 mlpineapple juice
- 3 oz · 90 mlspiced ginger beer, to top
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to rocks glass.

Add crushed or cracked ice and stir to mix.

Top with ginger beer.
- 4
Garnish with both a lemon and lime peel on the edge of the glass.
