This low-ABV tropical cocktail by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) has been perfect to battle this summer heat. He uses white vermouth (different than dry) as the base, which is swizzled (mixed) with the other ingredients. You can easily have a few without feeling sloshed. This has become a staple this summer!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2½ oz · 75 mlwhite vermouth
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit syrup
- 3–4 dashesAngostura bitters
- ½ passionfruit to swizzle
Method
- 1
Scoop half passionfruit out and add to a glass.

Add remaining ingredients to glass.
- 3
Fill ⅔ with crushed or pebble ice.
- 4
Stir or swizzle to mix.
- 5
Top with more ice.
- 6
Garnish with mint bouquet and second half passionfruit.
