This one was created by Tyson Buhler for Death & Co. (@deathandcompany) and featured in their Welcome Home book. I think Buhler put it perfectly when he said, “This combination of base spirit, amaro, tropical fruit, and spice seems to never fail.”Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlbourbon
- ½ oz · 15 mlpineapple rum
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mloverproof Jamaican rum
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlAmaro Averna
- 1 tsp · 5 mlvanilla syrup
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- orange peel oil
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a clear BFC.

Express orange peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with orange twist.
