This cocktail was created by Jean-Félix Desfossés (@jfdesfosses). It is herbal, bright, and refreshing at the same time. The dill, olive, and pinch of salt bring out a savory, briny edge that makes this drink stand out. I could easily drink three of these.Cheers y'all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mldry gin
- 1 oz · 30 mldry vermouth
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlsimple syrup
- 2 dill sprigs
- pinch of salt
- garnish with kalamata olive
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with a kalamata olive (or three).
