This drink comes from Chris Vanderginst of Mutiny Bar (Detroit, MI). This tiki drink uses tequila as the base spirit, which is non-traditional for the rum-centric genre. "I think this drink is a great example of where tiki is and where it's headed," he says.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpineapple juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpassionfruit syrup
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- pinch of salt
- flamed rosemary
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with torched rosemary sprig.
