This old fashioned variation was created in 2020 by Tony Roehr for Raised By Wolves (San Diego, CA). This one is described as being like banana bread in a glass, and that is the perfect description. It is not sweet, rather it is full of warm spices and a slight touch of banana. Enjoy this glass of nutty goodness.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlbourbon
- ½ oz · 15 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 barspoonwalnut liqueur
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- lemon peel oil
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.

Express lemon peel oil over surface.

Garnish with lemon twist.
