This drink is by Brett (@mvspeakeasy) and is everything you want in a summer cocktail. He brings all of the tropical tiki flavors (banana, coconut, pineapple, passionfruit) to one drink. The base is a pineapple rum (I’ve used both Doctor Bird higher ABV and Plantation).Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlpineapple rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit liqueur
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlbanana liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlcoconut cream nutmeg to garnish
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Add crushed ice and shake until chilled.
- 3
Dirty dump into glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with pineapple fronds and freshly grated nutmeg.
