This one is by Rick Munro, who will soon be opening his own bar, Malpractice, in Portland, OR. The name will give you a headache, but you’ll fall in love with the complexity of this drink. It one is an amaro martini of sorts, with peach bitters bringing the needed brightness.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz · 37.5 mlVecchio Amaro del Capo
- ½ oz · 15 mlFernet Branca
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mldry vermouth
- 5 dashespeach bitters
- 6 dropssaline solution
- lemon peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass (coupe, Nick and Nora, or martini).

Express lemon peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with lemon twist.
