This Last Word riff was created by Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). Here, Isaiah swaps out maraschino for a red bitter liqueur (Campari). The orgeat (almond syrup) introduces some sweetness that calms down the bitterness from the Campari. It also adds a nice mouthfeel to the cocktail.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlGreen Chartreuse
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlorgeat
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
