This cocktail was created by Zack “ZGR” Gelnaw-Rubin at Attaboy (@attaboy134) in New York City in 2025. I found it through Frederic Yarm (@fredericyarm) at Cocktail Virgin, who discovered it in The Bartender’s Choice Volume 3 app. It is essentially an Irish whiskey Boulevardier, but blanc vermouth gives it a lighter, more floral profile than the usual sweet vermouth.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlIrish whiskey
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlblanc vermouth
- lemon peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until chilled.
- 3
Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4
Express lemon peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with the lemon twist.
