About
This cocktail was created by Amanda Colom (@bad_birdy) and shared on her page. I really like the split base here because Scotch and aged rum bring two very different kinds of depth without either one completely taking over. Passionfruit, honey, and cinnamon pull it in a tropical, spiced direction, while lemon and mint keep everything surprisingly bright. There is a lot going on in the spec, but it all comes together as something much fresher than you might expect from a drink built around Scotch and aged rum.Cheers y’all!
