About
This cocktail was created by Lisa Talbert (@lisa.sips) for the new bar program at The Heights (@vsheights) in Portland, OR. I had this one at the bar and pretty much immediately had to ask Lisa for the specs. She is incredibly creative and also just one of the sweetest people, so I was excited to make one of her drinks at home. The rum, Campari, and Punt e Mes give it a bitter, spirit-forward base, while banana, allspice, and the Frangelico rinse bring in layers of fruit, nuts, and warm spice. The vanilla cream softens everything as you drink it and works especially well with the banana and bitter orange underneath.Cheers y’all!
