This daiquiri-style cocktail was created by Sean Hoard (@seanfromportland) at Teardrop Lounge in Portland, OR. It’s named for the Wray & Nephew rum, though any white overproof Jamaican rum will work. Pineapple juice and lime keep it bright, while Fernet Branca adds a subtle herbal bite.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlwhite overproof Jamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlaged rum
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlrich simple syrup
- 1 tsp · 5 mlFernet Branca
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with lime twist (optional).
