This cocktail is just so good. I don’t want to say much, as a martini can be polarizing. What I will say is that the quality of your dry vermouth is just as (or more) important than the gin. Have yourself a wet martini!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlgin
- 1½ oz · 45 mldry vermouth
- 1–2 dashesorange bitters
- lemon peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.
- 2
Stir with ice until chilled.
- 3
Strain into a glass (coupe, Nick and Nora, or martini).

Express lemon peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with lemon twist.
