About
This cocktail was created by the team at St. George Spirits (@stgeorgespirits) in Alameda, California. It is a Negroni riff built around two of the distillery’s most distinctive spirits. Terroir Gin and Bruto Americano share woodsy California botanicals, giving the drink layers of fir, sage, citrus, and gentian bitterness. The fresh rosemary pushes that forest-like aroma even further. The name appears to be a play on An American Werewolf in London, while the spirits make this very much an American take on the Negroni.Cheers y’all!
