About
After the Banana Carajillo I posted, I wanted to see what would happen if I pushed those same flavors into espresso martini territory. The funky overproof Jamaican rum leans right into the banana, and both work well with coffee. A touch of amaretto brings a little nutty sweetness reminiscent of banana bread, and a couple drops of saline (or pinch of salt) help everything pop.Cheers y’all!
