About
This is my banana-forward riff on the Rum Cow. The original is generally attributed to Donn Beach, who was serving it at Don the Beachcomber in Los Angeles by 1941. Banana milk replaces the traditional milk, adding ripe banana, vanilla, and almond notes that work naturally with aged Jamaican rum.Cheers y’all!
