This lovely highball was created by my friend Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). He suggests using Smith and Cross if you have it, though Planteray OFTD is what he went with. This highball is perfect for the winter season when you want a tropical drink full of warm spices.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mloverproof Jamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlbanana liqueur
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlallspice dram
- 1 barspoonfalernum
- soda water to top
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled glass over ice spear.

Top with soda water.
