This cocktail is an absolute guilty pleasure of mine. It is a popular cocktail in Jamaica and it combines all my favorite ingredients: rum, coffee, and banana. Just like when making banana bread, the riper (the darker) the banana, the better! Have yourself an adult milkshake, no judgment here.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mllight rum
- 1 oz · 30 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlcoffee liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlheavy cream
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice, to blend
Method

Add all ingredients to blender.

Blend with one cup ice.

Pour into glass.
- 4
Garnish with over-the-top banana dolphin (or not, it’s truly optional).
