About
This is a riff on the Toronto, originally made for Jean-Felix Desfossés (@jfdesfosses) by his girlfriend years ago. Rye provides the familiar backbone, while banana liqueur softens the edges and Fernet-Branca brings in that signature bitter, herbal depth. It drinks recognizably like the original, but the banana adds dimension without turning it into a novelty.Cheers y’all!
