This cocktail was created in 2020 by Shannon Ponche for Death & Co (@deathandcompany). It balances bright citrus and subtle heat with a tropical twist. The absinthe brings a little bit of herbal complexity on the finish.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz · 37.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlSt. George Green Chile vodka
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlsimple syrup
- 1 tsp · 5 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 dashabsinthe
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

No garnish intended (I used a dehydrated chile).
