This cocktail was created by Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). It his riff on a Naked and Famous (a favorite of his to riff on). Here he adds vanilla in two ways, in an infusion as well as with the Spanish liqueur Licor 43. This one tastes like orange sherbet.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlvanilla-infused mezcal
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlAperol
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlYellow Chartreuse
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlLicor 43
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

No garnish.
Vanilla-Infused Mezcal
- 1 cup mezcal + 1–2 vanilla bean split open
- 1
Combine.

Let sit for a few days.

Fine strain.

Bottle (I have also made this cocktail by adding a few drops of vanilla extract directly into shaker tin).
