This cocktail was created in 2019 by Roger Grüter at Angel’s Share (Basel, Switzerland). At first glance, you may think it’s a lot. Surprisingly, the two ounces of amaro and ounce of Islay scotch is balanced perfectly with the banana liqueur. A little salt makes the flavors POP.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlAmaro Montenegro
- 1 oz · 30 mlsmoky scotch
- ⅓ oz · 10 mlbanana liqueur
- 2 dropssaline solution
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.
- 4
Express orange peel oil over surface.
- 5
Garnish with orange twist.
