Here is a bitter Carajillo to get you through the week. I have had this gem by Mike Vander Horn (@cocktail.complex) saved for months now. Rest assured, I will be making more soon. I love the interplay between the bitter, herbal, and citrus notes of the Campari with the vanilla and coffee here. Trust me here!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlLicor 43
- 1 oz · 30 mlCampari
- 1 oz · 30 mlespresso
- lemon peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Express lemon peel oil over the surface and discard.
- 5
Garnish with coffee beans (optional).
