About
This is an original cocktail of mine, built in the style of an Espresso Martini. The aged rum brings a little depth to the coffee, while the cherry syrup and toasted almond bitters give it a subtle cherry-almond note that works really nicely with espresso. You can make your own cherry syrup for this, but I just used the syrup from the jar. Use whatever you have on hand and adjust the amount depending on how sweet or tart your cherries are.Cheers y’all!
