About
This one comes from Chris Ruppel (@ruplgram), who said he built it on a whim after a long summer weekend when a storm rolled in and the air finally cooled down. He used Doctor Bird as the base, letting that Jamaican funk get amplified by banana and cacao. It definitely leans sweet at the written specs, but the rum and bitters keep it from going too far. I could also see dialing the liqueurs back to barspoons or swapping in an overproof base if you want it a little drier and punchier. I did a split base of Smith and Cross and Doctor Bird.Cheers y'all!
