About
This cocktail, created in 2017 at Fresh Kills in NYC, took Tom Lasher-Walker (@oneminutemixology) nearly two years to dial in. It’s a riff on the Migration by Sasha Petraske, which gives the drink both its structure and its name. The combination of blended Scotch and Islay brings depth and smoke, while Cynar and coffee liqueur add bitterness and depth. The name comes from Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 album City to City, which Tom listened to repeatedly while fine-tuning the balance, especially “Baker Street” and “Right Down the Line.”Cheers y’all!
