This cocktail is a recent creation by the brilliant Sam Ross (@samueljoelross) for Good Guy’s (NYC). Inspired by a summer on Lake Como, it’s a drink meant to take you there—bittersweet, bright, and oh so refreshing. The depth of Cynar meets the tropical punch of passionfruit, all lifted by bubbles.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlCynar
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpassionfruit syrup
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- 3 oz · 90 mlprosecco, to top
Method

Add Cynar, passionfruit syrup, and lemon juice to a glass.

Add 1 oz prosecco and fill with ice.
- 3
Top with remaining prosecco.
- 4
Gently stir.
- 5
Garnish with an orange twist or orange slice.
