This drink was created by my good friend Emily Pavela for Hattaway’s on Alder in Walla Walla, WA. I can’t count how many times my partner has asked for me to make it for him since we first had it at Hattaway’s. This cocktail is complex, creamy, and matches how amazing Donna Summer was.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlgin
- ½ oz · 15 mlmezcal
- ½ oz · 15 mlamaro di Angostura
- ½ oz · 15 mlapricot liqueur
- 1½ oz · 45 mlcoconut cream
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with mint bouquet, lime wheel, and maraschino cherry.
