About
This is another variation on the Espresso Martini template I’ve come back to countless times over the years, which is where the #365 name comes from. Dick Bradsell’s original called for vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, and sugar, but swapping the base spirit gives you a completely different drink while keeping that familiar coffee-forward structure. Here I used a white rum with some vanilla notes of its own, then leaned into that with a little vanilla syrup. Chocolate bitters add another layer around the espresso, while saline helps everything pop. Nothing too complicated, just another excuse to make an Espresso Martini.Cheers y’all!
