This is a tiki cocktail from the 1970s that is primarily made with rum, but can be made with gin. I stumbled across this in my copy of “Smuggler’s Cove.” My partner loves gin drinks so I had to reshake it for him with gin. This should be flash blended, but I chose to whip shake with some pebble ice.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mldry gin
- 1 oz · 30 mlapricot liqueur
- 1½ oz · 45 mlcoconut cream
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lemon juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until melted.

Dirty dump into glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with lemon wheel and maraschino cherry.
