Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlapple brandy
- 1 oz · 30 mlblended scotch
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlginger syrup
- 1 tsp · 5 mldemerara syrup
- 4 dashesallspice dram
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- 2 grinds black pepper
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.
