This cocktail was created by Mindy Kucan (@drinkswmindy) for Hale Pele (Portland, OR). This holiday tiki drink will transport you to the tropics, but give you all the notes of a fruitcake.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlDemerara rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlspiced rum
- ½ oz · 15 mldry curaçao
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlallspice dram
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh orange juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlorgeat
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- nutmeg to garnish
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake.
- 3
Dump into glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with clove studded orange slice, cinnamon stick, and freshly grated nutmeg.
