This cocktail comes from Jordan Hughes (@highproofpreacher), and while it’s not a Negroni in the strictest sense, it plays in the same bittersweet, spirit-forward space with a twist. Arrack, rum’s funkier Indonesian cousin, brings depth. Bitter Bianco, sherry, and a splash of blue curaçao round it out with elegance and a lovely indigo hue.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlBatavia Arrack
- 1 oz · 30 mlBitter Bianco
- ½ oz · 15 mlAmontillado sherry
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlblue curaçao
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a clear BFC.
- 4
Garnish with lime twist.
