About
This margarita riff was created by Giuseppe González (@giuseppe_gonzalez) in 2009 (New York) and named after singer/actor Pedro Infante. Though the build is simple, there is a lot of depth here with flavors that are refreshing, nutty, and floral. Fun fact: González also created the Trinidad Sour, which he is not a big fan of.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mltequila blanco
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlorgeat
- 2 dashesrose or orange flower water
- nutmeg to garnish
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Add ice and shake until chilled.
- 3
Strain into glass over fresh ice.
- 4
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
