This drink was created by Sother Teague (@creativedrunk) for a Doom Tiki’s pop-up (New York City). This tiki drink is packed with flavor. The cachaça is crisp and the amaro and Chartreuse bring a nice richness.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlcachaça
- 1 oz · 30 mlAmaro Montenegro
- ½ oz · 15 mlmaraschino liqueur
- ½ oz · 15 mlYellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlginger syrup
- 2 dashesorange bitters
- Peychaud’s bitters to float
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Float bitters.
- 6
Garnish with “tattoooed” lime wedge.
