I saw this highball featured in a coffee liqueur series by Daelin Jensen (@thecraftedcapture), someone who you should all be following! This cocktail was created by Othón Nolasco in 2021 as part of a highball competition for St. George Spirits, where a max of four ingredients could be used, including St. George Baller Single Malt Whiskey. Simple and absolutely delicious!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1¾ ozsingle-malt whiskey (St. George Baller Whiskey)
- ¼ ozcoffee liqueur (St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur)
- soda water to top
Method
- 1
Add ice to to highball glass.
- 2
Pour ingredients over ice.
- 3
Top with soda water.
- 4
Briefly stir to mix.
- 5
Garnish with orange slice.
