This drink was created by the wonderful Justin Sajda (@thirstywhale_). If you're a fan of equal part recipes, you should definitely add this to your rotation. This cocktail is bursting with complexity and is absolutely delicious. The addition of salt makes all the flavors POP.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCynar
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlYellow Chartreuse
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlhoney syrup (3:1)
- 3–5 dropssaline solution
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice.

Shake until chilled.

Strain over a BFC in a rocks glass.

No garnish.
