About
A few weeks ago I shared the Mezcal Little Wing, and a lot of y'all seemed to enjoy that one. Since that cocktail is a riff on Jean-Félix Desfossés' (@jfdesfosses) original, I figured it was only fair to share the drink that inspired it. The Little Wing follows that same equal-parts template as a Paper Plane, but swaps in elderflower liqueur and adds cucumber for a fresh twist. The bourbon gives it a little more weight than the mezcal version, but it still drinks bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy.Cheers y’all!
