This cocktail was created by Al Sotack (@alsotack) in 2014 for Death & Co. (@deathandcompany). I’m a sucker for banana liqueur, pineapple, and amaro in cocktails, so this was right up my alley. Ramazzotti brings orange, spice, and cola-like bitterness, which compliments the whiskey base. The name alone also makes it hard not to love.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlbourbon
- 1 oz · 30 mlAmaro Ramazzotti
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 tsp · 5 mlwhite crème de cacao
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlpineapple juice
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
- 2
Add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into a glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with a pineapple wedge dashed with banana liqueur.
