About
This cocktail was created by Emily Gosling Bulters (@emily_goslings), an eighth-generation member of the Gosling family and Global Brand Ambassador for Goslings Rum, and was documented by 2020. It is a rum-based riff on Sam Ross’s Paper Plane. This riff preserves the original’s equal parts structure while replacing bourbon with aged rum and Amaro Nonino with Amaro Montenegro. The original was naturally made with Goslings Black Seal Rum, which brings a rich molasses character and plenty of spice. The result is darker and richer than the original while remaining bright, tart, and remarkably easy-drinking.Cheers y’all!
